Transitional coaching supports an individual when they face change or challenge in life circumstances.
Coaching includes:
Regular sessions with your coach.
Goal-setting support and action planning.
Digging into shadow work with self-reflection and integrity.
Tools to reflect and learn from your challenges and struggles, such as journaling and meditation.
Accountability check-ins..
Positive thinking techniques.
"Homework" activities to implement in your life.
Guidance in knowing and understanding your purpose in each area of life.
Hypnotherapy and/or regression, as well as intuitive guidance as needed or requested.

Some clients will find that as little as three months of coaching sessions will meet their needs, but most clients find that multiple sessions over a 12 to 18-month period or longer are more productive and beneficial.
